JJ Jones is a creative force posed at the intersection of acting, writing, and directing. Fueling this artistic odyssey is an insatiable curiosity that transcends conventional boundaries, delving into the profound realms of psychology and philosophy. He is drawn to art as a vehicle for inquiry, crafting work that disrupts certainty and invites audiences to examine the fragile scaffolding of their own beliefs. He believes each project is a chance to connect, creating an open dialogue between artist and audience, rooted in honesty, empathy, and the shared search for meaning.
Lily Shaw is a playwright, director, and actor who work blends comedy with grounded realism. Currently completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Drama), she has performed in a range of productions both within and beyond university. Her most noteworthy works include Politic of Vodka Lime Soda (2021), which received two awards at Anywhere Festival, and Smoke & Mirrors (2025), nominated for three Anywhere Festival awards. Lily's practice explores feminism and queer relationships, uncovering the extraordinary within the everyday. Through sharp, character-driven story-telling, she challenges societal norms and invites audiences to find the complexity and beauty in life's simplest moments.
